      traditional, product..

      seems a good easy to use product for helping to precipitate protiens out of suspension during the boil, it is worth using ,it does make a difference, and becuase used in small amounts the , pubished medical facts, about the negative health issues attached to the refined extract ,widely used and heralded as a real " health food wonder ", initially , now mostly seen as damaging and undisirable.. are probably not an issue, it has been used for years in brewing with good results , i use 5 gm for 5 gal of wort in all my brews in which clarity is disirable , a reccomended product.
