Battery died earlier this week outside of return window, computer shuts off immediately when removed from AC power. Old OEM battery (not this one) at least holds 5 minutes of charge before draining. Brought the computer to a shop and the charging circuit is fine, the problem was with the aftermarket battery. Contacted seller with no response. Disappointing outcome, would not buy again.

Fantastic packaging: cover, bubble wrap, and even tools! However! Battery did not look like the photos, barely fit into my laptop and the connector kept popping out. Also missing safety symbols and such. Unlikely genuine.
But! Seller reached out to me immediately and worked to fix things. They informed me that they would happily refund and would not have to waste my time returning the battery. Battery did not work, but the customer service was next level. Replies fast and service was excellent.
