Lightweight and OK, but the older one was easier to use.
I have previously owned a Nikon TraveliteV binocular, and it was slightly larger and easier to use. However, the covering on the binoculars just disintegrated so I decided to buy a new one. Nikon offered to repair it for me, but I didn't take them up on it. By the way, the new one was sent out on Feb. 2, and due to arrive on Feb. 8, according to an e-mailI was sent. Used binoculars have been dropped
I was eager to buy these binoculars because the photos looked great. When they arrived I looked through them to discover serious prism misalignment resulting in extreme double vision. I have seen this before from a 2 foot drop on carpet. I sent them to Nikon for a repair estimate. The repair is more expensive than buying new on sale!
