Seller disputing negative feedback and Ebay will concede because $. Making it neutral so it at least exists for others. Overhauled watch arrived 2 hours fast per day. Seller asked me to get repair estimate & I sent jeweler s $300 quote. Seller had me send to him instead. He had repaired in Panama. Now won t hack & has crown wobble. Seller said I was wrong (or lying) about new problems. Claims I m demanding 60% refunds when he asked for local estimate. Third world watch flipping operation.
