Luckily for me, that didn't happen here:) Shipping is expensive but since I believe the Priority shipping status helped avoid customs delays, it's ok. Item arrived as described and packaged well. I'd include a picture but still need to get the cart. Very happy!

The seller was great. But the item (box 3 of 4) was held up in customs, required paperwork, and finally when it got to me, it arrived badly damaged and will need to be totally replaced. The seller is saying since it’s covered by eBay that I am to receive a refund.
