The item shipped out fast and unfortunately it was delayed or lost in transit so I had great communication with the seller and had another shipped out. A few days after I had received the item in two different packages (original order was a 2 item for 1 price deal) a day apart packaged very nicely, the seller did a very good job getting things right with my purchase so even though it took a little time I know that some things are out of our control.
