Absolutely the worst customer service ever, Item arrived NOT AS ADVERTISED..
got eBay corporate involved , as showed my case to them. eBay found in my favor and THEY gave me the refund. the company selling this is overseas and very rude. The entire process. They require you to return it to Denver , the person there in Denver is nice and very knowledgeable. After my case this vendor changed the way advertise this item. never took accountability for their error , and was extremely rude

Very foolish guy, explained many times Bafang new designed motor is safe and stable, didn't listen anything but just like stupid thing. Please don't buy from us again, already block you.
