The item’s size was incorrect – I received an anemone much smaller than advertised. Additionally, the anemone arrived dead because it wasn’t properly packaged for transport. It’s crucial to use appropriate packaging to ensure the survival of live animals. My packaging does only cater for one nights transit which is why I arrange with all buyers a solid delivery date to be received. All other feedback and transactions I have never had any complaints. Unfair feedback. Very disappointing.

Packaging shocking for this item wrapped in a black bin bag and no protection on the putter head .Communication 0% . delivery driver🤬they dropped it over my fence onto concrete. never ever had to leave negative or neutral feedback before .
