Due to a mistake in the wording of the seller's ad it seemed that I was purchasing two collapsible coolers not one. Since I only received one cooler I contacted the seller to explain my issue. The seller explained that they only had one cooler for sale. They admitted their error in the listing and refunded half of the purchase price. I would definitely use this seller again as they seem to be very decent people.
