This seller is extremely unprofessional and takes forever to reply to messages. I bought a gloomy bear figure and from the sellers photos it looked like it was in great shape. When I received it, it had a weird musty smell/oil all over it, Scratches galore, broken pieces shaking around inside, chips and cracks.. I contacted the seller regarding this issue and asked for a partial refund, they told me the best they could do was $10. This seller is very rude, please spend your money elsewhere.

The image picket came in destroyed condition. Shipping was fine because there was no damage in transit. The picket itself was torn and full of marks and creases. Not worth the money spent. I also found the seller a bit rude because they threatened me with a bad review if I didn’t purchase the product after making an offer. They also took a long time to ship the product. If I’m paying more than 37USD on an image picket, I expect to be given a good quality service and product.

I think it is a disappointing buyer to add negativefeedback even though I was satisfied with a partial refund and solved the problem.
