Awesome customer service!!! USPS lost my initial package and seller was very understanding and immediately sent another which I got a couple days later. The case itself is nice and fits great, do know the case is very think so it’s more of a “skin” than a case but I actually like it!

Be careful ordering from this seller. I clearly ordered red headphones. I received black ones with red tips. The seller gave me a partial refund as a pseudo apology. But they failed to contact their supplier in advance of their refund to find out why I was sent the wrong headphones in the first place. And hadn't done so by the time I wrote this. I offered a straight across exchange because I kept the packaging. Definitely a case of Buyer Beware.

The seller sent the wrong one it's not the one that I order and when I asked to return it for the correct one they just closed the case. So be that it's known I will not buy anything from this seller again and if anybody buy anything you need to make sure it's correct because the seller will not accept it back. Now I have two phone screen saver that I can't use and is forced to buy another one. All I wanted to do was return it and hopefully get the one that I order
