I contacted the seller 3 times after that to request a refund with no response. eBay stepped In. She responded that she sends items out in 48 hrs, not on the first day after payment. If that was the case, my item should already have been sent 24hrs before. However, she decided to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have received the refund although I did NOT request her to cancel the order.
