    Looks brand new and performing well. Make sure you find a good setup YouTube clip. For reset put the old device well out of Bluetooth range and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and nearby devices. I’ve now separately replaced left and right earbuds with each old battery going (I think Sony created a problem with a previous software update). Used this seller for both as first was so good. Great service.

    Buds looked new and only the case had si...

    Buds looked new and only the case had signs of wear which doesn't bother me. However, these headphones are notorious for their battery drain and I was expecting them to have their batteries replaced or at least be in a state where these buds were still useable. The left bud's battery would die within 30 mins and the right one in about 2 hours I would not exactly call this "full working condition". Anyway I replaced the battery myself by following the iFixIt guide and they work well now.

    Almost perfect…

    Great quality, clearly have thought about packaging and sustainability. Sound is very high fidelity. Negatives? Wind noise - I can’t use these on a bike or a breeze as anything over 7 or 8 miles per hour causes an intrusive wind noise. Can’t use them on my motorbike (helmet won’t fit over) and can’t figure out how to connect to my iPad yet but that could be me!

    these earbuds have excellent sound quality they have the best active noise cancelling at first they will be a bit uncomfortable in the ears but if you stick with them they become comfortable over a few days if you are thinking of buying then go for it you won't be disappointed
