Tempered glass can't have crack, customer explained that when he took off the box, he broke it, not our fault. Only laminated glass have cracks, please be responsible of mishandling the glass, mistakes happens, but was not our fault.

I tried to contact the seller but there was no response. The item arrived broken as a result of only being sent in bubble wrap, but without any type of rigid element to prevent the package from bending or flexing during transit. A shame.
