Item descried as 'New' and when the parcel arrived it had been opened and sealed shut again with tape. Upon opening the box the kettle itself had been used as the glass was dirty and there were fibers in the bottom. Had contact with the seller and they only cared about whether the product worked and when I replied yes they replied:
