The driver refused to enter the building and left the package, where others could have stolen/taken it. Note: It is not my job to act, as a supervisor for you. It is your job - not mine to make sure the transportation of said product is satisfactorily completed. Whoever you have, as the delivery company is a far from satisfactory delivery company. Perhaps you should be explaining to me; your delivery's company's inability to properly perform its duties in delivering said product to me!

Unfortunately, we can not control Canada Post to hand-deliver to this buyer directly as his inter'l order is not signature required delivery. And the tracking #LX888561945US show the package was delivered to the recipient's front door with the photo proof-of-delivery.

The items pictured are true to the description. However, instead of packaging the whole set in one package, this person shipped them in 4 different packages, and 1 of them is still unaccounted for. As a result, I got hit twice with duties and taxes. Upon inquiring about why they made that choice they did not have the courtesy to respond. please be cautious when purchasing goods like DVD sets internationally from this seller.
