I would give this seller 0 stars if I could. Sellers like StakShop are the reason why I rarely use ebay anymore. Inaccurate descriptions of their items, poor packaging, damaged items, and not honoring their return policy. Because I don't use ebay often, I was unaware that if you close a return you cannot open it again and need to rely on the seller to reopen it. but this seller is not responding to my messages requesting that they reopen the return. Avoid this seller!
