Ebay automation useless because they show the order as delivered even though item is missing. This seller's customer service communications is flat out terrible. Recommend another vender, one that doesn't screw up orders,responds to comms in a timely manner, and corrects their mistakes. Just not worth the effort with this seller to get the missing $5 part.
