Purchased my phone on the 27th Feb. It's now the 18th March they have sent me 2 wrong model phones. And b4 sending the right phone they have to recieve the phone to there factory and do checks. The tracking drops it to a p.o box. That takes another 2days. Barely any correspondence or apology and they try to reply every 24hrs. I'm still waiting for a partial refund that takes more days from the accounts people. 20days to resolve there bad labels on there box's said s21+ but both phones were s21
