The MP3 player as described, was supplied in new condition, however this unit did not work properly as described. It played from my tested USB memory stick, and stopped after 10 seconds, then reset itself after 2 seconds, and continued to fail to play every 10 seconds afterwards.
The company was OK regarding a full refund with no return costs, for providing a totally faulty item which did not function as it should.
