Hello. I accepted your offer for a reduced price on one of the vouchers, and sent it within 24 hours. When you inadvertently purchased an additional item at full price, I cancelled it at your request. You then sent me 6 messages over a 45 minute period out of business hours repeatedly asking that I accept another offer, and asking why I had not replied. I am not able to respond as quickly as you seem to expect, so declined the offer rather than offer a service that you would not be happy with.
