Great value for money
The onboard sound system was/is chirpy to a rather uncomfortable level. All I needed was quiet ( signal to noise ) sound card. Creative " SB1570 SB Audigy FX does the job 100% .... for a reasonable amount of money. If you need just that .... this card is the way to go

finally a fix for 5.1 surround sound
Since Windows 10 came out, no 5.1 surround sound on my pc. This card has fixed that problem. I am extremely happy. The gaming and music is how it was before Windows 10 messed it up.
