      Reliably good quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplement

      Sanatogen Multi Vitamins and Minerals is a good quality supplement. It contains a good range of nutrients, in the correct proportions. I just wish it still contained Lutein, but never mind. I was very run-down indeed after a long illness, and am feeling better thanks to this supplement. I believe Sanatogen is the best one and would not use any other.
