when i first complained e bay said try sorting it out with seller,well i tried four times but you did nothing that's why e bay had to step in and force a refund,i had to wait extra weeks to get my money back and do it it myself no help from you,how you say you treat customers good is a joke really very bad service, answering the same over and over not my problem e bay will sort it is very bad customer service
