What is a princess doing asleep on a street bench in Rome, Italy?
This delightful, older DVD is exceptionally well acted, especially by Audrey Hepburn, the princess, who breaks out of her royal constraints for a Roman escapade. This is comical, nearly family viewing, except for young children. Teens and adults of every age can smile at the iconic Roman, unexpected scenes. I thought the early staircase choreography was beautifully done. Breakfast at Tiffany's and Roman Holiday are vintage romantic comedies. At times its's so charming, and 1950's sophisticated. The fashion's all make a huge statement.
