I received the item on time, well packaged and new and sealed as the seller had described, I bought this to replace my current copy of "The Time Warrior" as it's in one of the new transparent cases which I'm not a big fan of as they reveal the reversible cover and most of my collection is in the silver amaray cases. My experience purchasing from this seller was nice and easy and I would recommend them to others!

    Doctor who time warrior

    This story classic pretwee and of course sarah jane the first time we see her story slow at first but half way througth part one the story it gets interesting pretwee gets into action and story gets going very good story and well worth a watch .

    The Time Warrior on DVD

    This story is mostly known because it introduced two very popular elemants to the Doctor Who series: the Sontarans and Sarah Jane Smith. Both have been taken into the modern Doctor Who series, with Sarah even getting her own show. But let's not forget that the Time Warrior is also a wonderfull story, written by Robert Holmes (in my opinion still the best writer of the classic series) that shows Jon Pertwee's Doctor at his best. The story is fun packed with both action, suspense and humor and works quite effectively as a hybrid tale of science fiction and history. If any story can be judged by it's lasting effects, this one comes off very well. Now if only they would release Robert Holmes'best tale, the Deadly Assassin on DVD as well...

    Jon Pertwee rocks

    The first Sontaren story and the best. Jon Pertwee gets physical in medieval England fighting robber barons and Sontarens, whilst rescuing not-so in distress damsel Sarah Jane Smith(Liz Sladen in her first Doctor Who adventure). Together they attempt to rescue some scientists who have been abducted back to medieval times by Linx, a Sontaren, who is trying to escape from earth back to the war with the Rutans. He has enlisted the help of local robber baron Irongron in exchange for giving him firearms. The Doctor has to try and stop Linx from changing the course of history. This is one of the best Dr who adventures from the golden era of Who(1970 to 1978)
