Product sold as new, but in reality used.
The seller told me that the phone was in it’s original box sealed. The phone was indeed in a sealed box but definitely not the original one. The manual doesn’t match with the phone model. The phone is reconditioned in almost perfect condition. Other points like the good battery length and the water resistance might therefore not be guaranteed since there is no history of the product.
The price was too high for an used phone, even in great condition.

The Lumia 1020 arrived in a sealed retail box, with all accessories - headphones, charger, microUSB cable and leaflet. The phone is refurbished well and is flawless in terms of physical appearance. I have two notes, though - the panel doesn't fit perfectly on the two sides of the screen - there is a small gap, and the backlight of the search icon is a little yellowish.
