    The description provided by the seller, it said used but fully operational or as intended. However, upon arrival the truth is the only thing the receiver did was turning on and off, nothing more. When I tried to contact the seller to request a refund, it didn't response and therefore, ebay costumer service had to intervene. Also, I'm still awaiting the refund, since the carrier wasn’t able to deliver the package because of unsecure delivery location and the seller hasn't pick up the package yet.

    Listing said camera was in good working condition. It doesn't t work at all. This was very easy to test as it came with a power supply. Shipped poorly protected in box to small and one layer of bubble. Total waste of time having to repack and ship back. Seller responds with "selling electronics is risky- I’m probably making my exit off eBay soon". WONDER WHY
