    Pure magic for a little girl who loves her dolls

    Absolutely magical book for a child who loves her dolls. Could be read alone by a second grader or as a "cuddle up and read with me " book for a child as young as five years. A little girl's dolls come to life on Christmas Eve to find that their little owner seems to have forgotten them.

    Big Susan

    I just love this book! When I was just a little girl I used to get the original book out from the library. Every week I would look for it on the Children's shelf. Yes, back then there was only a shelf of children's books in the library. I was thrilled to find it in reprint. It takes me back over 55 years. I love the color illustrations and the sweet story. I find myself reading it over and over again.
