The only problem was the courier company......SENDLE let everyone down......delivered to a random drop off location, not the delivery address and did not bother to notify sender or recipient. On top of that they didn't reply to contacts from either end to say what happened or where the package was, left both parties in silence and the package sitting in a random location for 10 days. Sendle would not even phone or email.
