As per the description the event tent is intended for party/wedding use and should not be left up for extended periods (more than 48 hours) or used in heavy rain or windy conditions. We note that as per your messages it was left up in a storm and became damaged as a result. You were refunded as a gesture of good will however it is important to use the product as intended.
