I purchased a DIRECTUNIT 18 gauge kitchen sink which was listed for $113.99.At checkout I was charged $129.99 (not including taxes). I notified eBay, and the “seller”. I requested a refund. I got neither a response, nor a refund for my purchase. As far as I am concerned eBay is the primary party in this transaction. They are the only entity that exists between the buyer, the price exhibited,and the sale price of the item.

When I opened the box it was just the sink. No fittings were included in the box. I emailed the seller to ask if there should be any fittings in there and they said there should be but they weee very prompt and sent them separately. I had to pay my plumber twice but other than that they didn’t waste any time getting replacement fittings out to me. He fitted the sink yesterday and it looks great.
