Packaging was terrible, in a flimsy cardboard box with no wrapping, fell straight out of box when I picked it up, leaving some dents and scratches and a very sore toe, also is not 50mm, got jammed in my tow coupling and then had to replace both, no issues with any other ball but this one, was not true to measurements. Tried contacting seller but just kept going back and forth with emails with no timely resolution.

Item descried as 'New' and when the parcel arrived it had been opened and sealed shut again with tape. Upon opening the box the kettle itself had been used as the glass was dirty and there were fibers in the bottom. Had contact with the seller and they only cared about whether the product worked and when I replied yes they replied:
