Not used it yet, but I'm sure it will be as good as all boucleme products are. Delivery was by Yodel 48. I took that to be 48hr delivery, but it took 7days including a weekend. I did contact seller who replied almost instantly saying he would check the tracking. So I believe it to be Yodels problem not seller.
