It was about 12 days total from initial purchase until I received it back. Not very bad at all considering how many other people out there are having repairs done and shipping time from PA to TX and back. Clearly my machine went from no power at all, having full power and operating great. Be careful with this USB ribbon cable for the PS5 disc version system. Very happy +++

Communication was excellent and service was relatively fast considering a holiday occurred. After paying a very reasonable repair fee, I received my Xbox back, lightning fast and now working in tip top order. Thank you for fast wonderful service and the expert repair. I will hesitate to use again if needed. If you need repairs, do not hesitate to use these guys. They are great!
