        I reached out multiple times to this seller to request a refund because it has not shipped after two weeks. I am being ignored or perhaps there is a health issue? EBAY has been utterly unhelpful: I am routed to contact the seller and there is no way to get the "money back guarantee" that I can see. The seller refuses to issue a refund. What can I do here? I am deeply disappointed in Ebay. Does anyone know where I need to go to get my money back?
