I complained about how the battery only lasts about 15 minutes during a power failure and the 500 GB hard drive was a 2.5" disk, not the usual 500GB MX drive included with these models so I would have preferred to purchase without these items. The seller initially offered a slight refund and then refused to communicate further. Other than these problems, the unit is good.

The Toughbook I bought arrived as described. The batteries weren't in great condition, but they weren't guaranteed so I can't complain. Plus, after contacting the seller they sent out replacements, they too were not in great shape, but again; not guaranteed. They were decent at keeping up communication as well and did their best to give assistance when needed. Lastly, the item was shipped expediently and arrived as described and in well protected packaging. Thanks fellas, she'll serve me well.
