Revised feedback here as communication of seller nonexistent until finally delivered to the correct address on Tuesday. Original delivery was estimated for Friday 16th and Saturday 17th of last week which for whatever reasons didn’t happen. finally delivered on Monday 19th to someone else’s address by a corrupt bent backward postal worker in Caernarfon Gwynedd before finally being delivered to my address on the 20th . All good upon opening the box so yeah great , well done .

    Reasonable price but bad quality product with limited usage

    Easy-outs are fragile and are of no practical usage in extracting broken fasteners. If a fastener has been torqued more than it should, is rusty or stuck and broke it cannot be extracted with these fragile tools. Square-drive ends of the small easy-out are flimsy with rounded edges and are very difficult to use.

    Presentation very good, well packed. Have tried to use the item but the drill bits supplied were not man enough all the bit did was make the head of the screw shiny so not been able to use extractor.

    The bit Brock off so it was not as strong as they claim.

    The first time I used this set of drills the metal drills worked fine but the second largest extractor bit broke off inside the bolt we were trying to remove meaning that we are now left having to buy a new part as it would be impossible to drill into the broken extractor bit.
