This is my first negative feedback and my most unpleasant shopping experience on eBay. The computer was listed as brand new but arrived in an "open box" condition. The seller claimed they opened it to inspect the condition, which is suspicious as an unopened item would fetch a higher price. Upon closer examination, I noticed signs of tampering: the screws had worn heads, there were slight bends on both sides of the air intakes from prying, and small scrapes were stuck between the bottom cover.

We are very sorry for the poor experience here, which does not reflect our usual high standards as per our overall high feedback score. The comments regarding tampering are untrue, but we do agree that because the item had been unsealed to confirm content inside, then the item should not have been sold as brand new. In future, as a professional refurbishment organisation, we have learnt to always perform full functionality tests, even those that arrive sealed brand new in the box. Kind Regards,
