I realized almost immediately after making the purchase that we had ordered the wrong software. I sent the seller an email to explain that we accidently ordered the wrong software and asked to cancel the order. The seller responded with " No Returns accepted" which was rediculous because we had literally just made the purchase and teh product had not been sent.

Be very careful. Ad was for 12 candles. Only 3 shipped. Seller refused to ship the balance of order and only gave a partial refund for the unshipped items. It was not worth going to post office to return shipped items. I will not do business with them in the future.
