I have bought 4 objects but one of them was burnt. I contacted the seller to receive a partial refund because to return the item I would have paid more than its actual cost and, at the end, they would throw it away because it is unusable (unless they want to send that item to someone else), but they answered me to activate the return procedure through ebay: that's not we usually call "customer care".

I am very disappointed, The Item was listed as a New Open Box, but I ended up receiving a used or system-pulled device with lens dip scratches full of dust. I allowed him to fix it by asking for a partial refund but it seems like they don't understand it.
