Accidentally ordered an item to a previous address. They managed to process this order in a matter of hours, whilst amazing -didn’t give me much time to fix the issue. One of their staff, Ani, carefully went through the outbound packages & caught it in time. She worked beyond her shift hours to achieve this & was lovely to deal with & extremely helpful. Due to technical issues the order is being refunded & re ordered with the correct address. Great staff, fast service- very impressed so far!
