    I purchased the Diara slippers as a size 7, as stated on the listing. I received the item, but they were a size 6, which was clearly marked on the box and in the slippers themselves. When I emailed the sellers they were not apologetic though sent a return label and issued a refund upon receipt of the slippers. It was a hassle but the outcome was positive. (Revised after a castigatory email request by the seller)
