    The description provided by the seller, it said used but fully operational or as intended. However, upon arrival the truth is the only thing the receiver did was turning on and off, nothing more. When I tried to contact the seller to request a refund, it didn't response and therefore, ebay costumer service had to intervene. Also, I'm still awaiting the refund, since the carrier wasn’t able to deliver the package because of unsecure delivery location and the seller hasn't pick up the package yet.

Shipped poorly protected in box to small and one layer of bubble. Total waste of time having to repack and ship back.     Stable and reliable without the needless bells and whistles

    I've used many phones. In the past few years it's been the Galaxy S to iPhone 4s to Galaxy SII to other Blackberry devices and this phone seems to be the best of all worlds. I am not someone that needs much when it comes to phones so take my review with that in mind. I wanted something that is reliable and excellent at email and call quality. Something that had a top notch calendar that was easy to use. Something that had a decent memo pad. Something more customizable than the iPhone 4s that drove me nuts. More stable with less crashes than the Android that kept on failing to work when most needed. The Blackberry 9930 does all of this without the bells and whistles of other phones. No hours and hours watching videos or listening to music for me but I do need to use the internet ...

    Great Buy!

    This Blackberry from Sprint is the perfect phone for what I was looking for. I still wanted the type pad for texting and it also has a touch screen. Perfect! So far it has a very good battery life and navigation is very easy. It is also a great size, small and slim. I'm very happy to have chosen this phone!

    I had a 85 series blackberry phone which lasted a long time I needed a new phone at stores these phones are ou of my reach as an existing custtomer I dicided check on ebay and compare to store prices found the 9930 a newer model with a great price, which has touch features not as a complete touch phone but works great and is a sturdy phone I always like the querty keyboard give me one hand usage I am completely satisfied with this phone features sturdineess easy to use.
