Sent main board in a cheap bubble mailer. Arrived damaged but fixable. I needed this part so I opted to keep & fix, as it was hard to find. I advised seller (with pics) that it arrived damaged & if there was anything he could do for me. ALL I GOT was a him blaming USPS and send it back. Pics CLEARLY showing contact pins sticking through envelope and bent. A box with proper protection should have been used. I didn't want a full refund, a small discount would have been nice for saving the trash.

    Nice little laptops.

    These are great little laptops. You won't be able to play heavy games on them, but for everyday use such as social media, surfing the internet, and office applications you can't beat them. They are light, durable, and attractive. Make sure you get one set up right with the MSATA Solid State as the primary drive, then a HDD for data. Makes a huge difference in performance.

    Speedy little workhorse

    Excellent little laptop, especially considering the processor, as of this writing, is 4 generations old. With the addition of an SSD it boots very fast. Also runs most programs very well. Video card hasn't aged terribly well, but it still plays older games well enough. Does alright with simple video editing. I'm using it mainly for audio recording and production. So far it's doing the trick. At the current price point of $200 or so, it's a great value overall.
