Item as described, arrived quickly, well packaged, no assembly instructions, but no big deal for me, assembly took less the 1/2 hour including mounting of the winch (I just turned the winch upsidedown on a milk crate lined up the four holes and bolted mounting plate without any problems, job done) recommend this product and seller.
