The item was not as described or pictured. The costume appears to be a cheap knockoff. The embroidery on the skirt and top are different than the picture. The material is not quality fabric like and there are no pleats like the dress pictured. The hoop skirt has hoops that are too large for this skirt. The skirt barely fits over the hoop skirt which makes all of the hoops show. Seller refuses to send shipping label to return. I am contacting Ebay to resolve this issue. Terrible experience.
