Now this conversation took place LAST NIGHT, I requested he for a new one, and without hesitation the seller said yes ok. TODAY I recieved my replacement 👏

Unfortunately, after I sent details of my Kluger, their engineer thought the Android Car CD/Stereo unit would fit my Kluger when it didn't - this resulted in a Christmas present which arrived on time not working out and me having to return the unit. While frustrating, I accept we all make errors in judgement, and pleased their customer service puts customers first.
