Bought this slasher to help control bracken fern in our paddocks… works perfectly, although the plastic handle is a little uncomfortable - you can get around that by wrapping some rubber strapping around the handle, which helps you grip it better anyhow, so reduces “grip fatigue”. The cutting motion is a relaxed back and forth action (double sided blade means you cut in both directions) and I have spent hours out fern hunting. This item won’t replace a petrol brush cutter, but is far “greener”

The only issue I would raise is that the courier had the package at our local depot and had it out for delivery for three days before it actually arrived. This is not the sellers fault hence a genuine positive purchase. If I were the seller I would be onto the courier as it could result in poor feedback from those who are less understanding.
