    Excellant Book

    This book is very well written, the information Maria gives is relevant and really makes you think. She didn't spend a lot time on testimonials, which I liked. Everything in explained to you in a very interesting and informative manner. The recipes are delicious and easy to make. The Ginger Cleanse soup is the best chicken soup that I have ever had. The portion size for the foods is huge. I bought both the book and the nook book. When I cook I like a book for some reason. You can easily ease you way into eating Keto. If you are on Facebook, Maria is always available the to answer questions.

    Not what you think

    I think it's best if you go with a nutritionist or MD to do your blood work and decide if a carb list diet is what you should be on this book has a lot of information but does not apply to everyone. also the recipes aren't as easy to follow as others are. it's a lot more complicated then just reading and getting recipes. this was recommended on Ketos blog..someone named Jennifer..

    Good read and brings great results.

    This is a nice big book. It pretty much mirror's the Dr. Mercola 'No-Grain Diet' and the much older Dr. Atkins diet book. It is well written and easy to read and stay interested.I bough it used and in looks new but had several dog-eared pages and a few pen scribbles. No big deal and at 1/3 the price with Free Shipping !

    Good but weird

    What's good is that she lays out a month of meals WITH the shopping list. What's not so good is - it's unusual foods and ingredients that can be hard to find and you probably won't use after the 30 days. She has some good "keto" deserts tho.
